I founded TRESDOTUNO CONSULTORES S.L. 25 years ago -recently renamed 3dot1 – and throughout these years I have led the planning and execution of different talent management strategies. My experience includes effective recruitment, performance management and implementation of policies that promote a positive work environment.
I pride myself on my ability to merge the organisational goals of companies with the individual needs and aspirations of employees. I firmly believe that effective HR management is not just about managing people, but about leveraging talent to achieve common goals.

Throughout my 6 years of experience I have acquired significant knowledge in the identification and recruitment of talent. The management of my interviews goes beyond technical skills, looking for the growth potential of candidates beyond the profile required by our clients. I specialise in identifying the exceptional strengths of candidates and assessing how those strengths align with the specific needs of the team and the organisation.
My goal as an interviewer is to go beyond the resume, giving each candidate the opportunity to highlight their true potential. More than understanding a candidate’s professional skills, I like to understand their motivations and values, which means creating a space where candidates feel comfortable to highlight their achievements, skills and career goals, allowing for a holistic assessment of their suitability for the role and the company.
